I couldn't agree more. There's no excuse for not reporting a poacher, but the kind of guy who would use a kids tag ought to have every decent sportsman mad as hell and certainly mad enough to report it.

I cant say for sure, but I don't recall reading about him reporting all the things that he just "knows" are going on. But if this guy called the PGC for every violation he claims to "know for sure happened" I'd bet that they'd need 10 WCO's in his area to check them all out.
