well even if this is the case, i am still getting a new bow, and probaly new arrows, and yes they are spined right, when i get my new bow it will be 50lb. will that still be too much for a 125 grain head?
Depends on the bow and where your current arrows fall in their spine range. If they are spined on the stiff side of their effective range then they may be alright for the small increase to 50# but I'm going to guess that they'll be too weak for 60. There's a lot of factors that go into it but I would suggest new arrows with the new rig. The sight settings are going to depend on the speed of the new rig and that is largly going to depend on the weight of the arrows. It's a vicious cycle of cause and effect but you should be able to go to the 20-30-40 setup as long as you're not shooting logs.
