There's a couple of groups up there BT that continue to break laws.We've reported poaching,baiting,and illegal use of tags.
Overall I think abuse of the junior tags is isolated but does happen.However I'd be against changing the program because of a few slobs.The real hunters shouldn't be punished because of their actions.
