RE: Are the PA junior hunter antler restrictions being abused by adults?
To those who think it's a widespread problem. What are you basing your response on? Just curious as to the basis for that opinion. Have you actually seen a case? Morethan one perhaps?What were the circumstances? If you did see it happen, did you report it?
If it's happening, it's not showing up as a common violation on PGC records.
