My guess is a 29" arrow at 8.6 gpi,with vanes, 100 gr. tip is pushing 400 gr. total wt. at 70# DW, and 30" DL you should be safe, as to shooting the speeds you listed if they are your IBO for your bow you would have to shoot a 350 gr. arrow to get close to those speeds
