Default The Next Typical World Record?

Will the next typical world record fall this next season and will it come from IL?

I met a guy today at a local sport show that says that is exactly what will happen. He said, and I know this guy enough to respect what he says, that he has the next world record on his properties in IL. He promises that if he downs this deer this year, it will measure 230" typical. PROMISES. He said his dad missed it a year ago and said it would have surpased Milo Hanson's buck and he had it at 10 yards this past season without a buck tag. He was out doe hunting and this buck came to 10 yards.

Swears it's 30" wide and carries symetrical 16-18" tines and mass out to the tips. I said to him, I pray that you do down him and it does make world!

I saw pics of last years buck, 170"s....gorgeous and held a pair of matched sheds that would surpass Frank's (Kidd642). I could not get my hands around the bases of this buck.

So, will the new world record fall this year to an IL'n?

Do you think the new world record is out there on the hoof?
