IMHO best bears are in Manitoba, Alberta, and Newfoundland also has some great bears. Thoseare by no means the only place to hunt Bears, but in my experience are the best choices.Quebec might not be a bad choice but check, check, check, the Outfitter out. Maine is not a good destination if you are looking for a Big Bear. Any Bear is what you are looking for then it's Ok
