That DL may limit you a little but it shouldn't be a problem to find a bow you like that will fit ya. Another bow to look at in that range would be the martin bengal. It should retail for right around 300$ and can be brought down to a 25" DL with the right module. The element is a good value but in my opinion the bengal is a better one for the extra 25$. Another company you might check out is the Darton Vapor I think new they go in the same price range but i'm not for sure, what is good about these bows is Darton's time tested cam system.
