I have never shot a 150 gr load.I worked up to 120 in the Omega but saw no difference other than more recoil. I shoot 110 with a 250 SST and 100 with a 260 Nosler partition. I do not think I will shoot anymore deer with the SST. I have killed 4 but only one was DRT. Two were found dead over 100-150 yds away.One required a 2nd shot she was down and could not get up,but would not die. The Noslers plant them fast. I shot quite a few with a 240/44 XTP from my Rem 700 none went more than 30 yds most did not go 10. Thanks to all for the info.
