RE: Is your state's hunting better or worse then when you were a kid?
In KS, up until 10 years ago the hunting has became much better. But since then the Deer Hunting is definately getting worse. It's all because of the hunting commercialization, and the mis-management of it. Kansas adopted T-Tags, liberal NR tags, less outfitter restrictions.... it's being managed to increase the economic income rather than Deer Management biology and protecting resident opportunities. The sad part is that I don't see if changing anytime soon.
