As the pin protrudes from the magazine, the longestend lays along your barrrel. Use your thumb to push this protruding end back through the magazine so that the other end sticks out. Use this end as a lever to rotate the entire magazine counterclockwise (as you lookinto the muzzle) about a third of a turn. With the action open, the entire magazine may nowbe pulled out of the receiver. Rotate the barrel and the magazine as a unit a half turn and pull from the receiver. Reverse the process to reassemble.
