Just my thoughts but its happened in our little patches of woods (160 acres) we have where I see a nice mature buck and don't see that same particular buck for a week or so and later talk to another bow hunter who's got him on camera the whole week 1/2 a mile away. I believe it happens in smaller patches of woods like the size of woods I hunt allot more compared to a huge piece of woods. There more secure in a big woods compared to these small patches of woods where its easier to spook them when hunting.
