Group of people arguing with atlasman

Doesn't matter if you are right. Some refer to this as Shortman syndrome[8D]

Dan
Hey Dan, I am a short man, and don't like that remark one bit.

Seriously, you BowTech diehards (blowhards sometimes) are something else. I admire your loyalty, but get a grip already. You all would do well to look at Pat Dinan and how he handles himself to see how a true professional conducts himself.

This is not directed at any one person in particular, but if I were a BowTech exec. and read some of the posts on this thread from members displaying the BowTech Corporate Staff Member tag in their signature I'd be pulling some of those credentials. As representatives for BowTech you should provide information in a professional manner and not belittle those that need informed. Now I know some of it was friendly banter, but some of it clearly was not.

I really like BowTech and have owned more BT bows than any other company and will certainly own more.

I see where Atlas is coming from on the General. I have shot it and I am not overly impressed. It is slightly smoother in the draw than the Guardian, but not a vast improvement from a draw that was not my preference. Plus you lose speed, which is another downer. I did not shoot it side by side with the Guardian, so I couldn't say if it was more shock free or quieter, but it was definitely impressive in that regard. The thing is again it is slower.

To me the Airbornes are more impressive, and I actually prefer their draw to the General's.

The thing I really love about BowTech is that the listen to their customers about what they want and deliver. So here is my plea again. Take the Guardian/General design and put that together with the Airborne cams to create a quiet, shock free speed demon.

There's my request, I'll start saving my pennies now.
