Off the top of my head.
HCA -Using Bowtech / Darton Binary cam patents
PSE - using overinflated draw length and draw weight numbers combined with the low brace height.
APA - using (At least they did? Bowtech's dual cam patent)
Elite - "Borrowing" Bowtech / Darton Binary cam patents.
