I like the looks of the Hostage. On my old cheap coumpound I shoot, (old and cheap compaired to most peoples' bows here, slow too) I have a three prong arrow rest that came with the bow. I have never seen another one. It is similar to bowdoodle (I think it was called) and to the Hostage except that the prongs are flat metal. Once setup there is no contact with the vanes. It is a rock solid rest and actually favors the hostage alot. I can turn my bow upside down and the arrow stays in place. There is a little noise with the metal but I've never been busted drawing it.

If I ever decide to buy another bow I may end up with a Hostage rest. Of course as much as I like spending money...LOL
