Sonny is 11 years old and too old for hunting or anything. He's a big lovable lug anyway and never gets out of hand.

Amber on the other hand, is 8 months old and just totally ignorant. The Beagle breed is very stubborn to train, so she'll need a good majority of work. She knows her name and "sit" and "lie down" but that's about it. If you tell her to "come" she'll ignore you. If she catches a scent somewhere, forget it. It's over... all training goes right out the window.
