That seems a little slow, I was hoping to get around 3200-3300 with them...
I use H4831 with the 140-grain Nosler Partition bullet in my Ruger No. 1 7mm Rem Mag., and I get 3350 FPS @ 10' from the muzzle of the 26" barrel. But MY load might be too hot for your rifle. IF you want to try to work up to it, in 0.5 grain increments, start at 66 grains. Work up until you get the best accuracy and/or the velocity you want!
LOOK FOR PRESSURE PROBLEMS while working up! Quit increasing the powder charge if you get any!! Drop 5% from any charge that gives excessive pressure indications (like loosening primer pockets, sticky bolt lift, etc.)
