I found the link to download the program that prints NFAA and Vegastargets. As long as you enter "0" for arrow diameter and 20 yards for the distance, the scoring rings will be identical to a regulation target.

Rick James will have to rule as to whether or not these are legal for the league. Since the scoring rings are the same size, I don't see why it would be a problem....
