If one of your rifles has an extremely tight chamber and you aren't keeping your brass for these rifles seperated, that could be your problem. Some rifle chambers are so small that the user must actually use the special "small base" resizing dies or else nothing will chamber in them...or only with difficulty.

The fastest surefire way to get to the bottom of this would be to just take both guns and some cases to a competent gunsmith.
