Set the rest height so that the arrow is centered in the berger hole. Then adjust nock point accordingly to level or just above level. Centershot is set with the rest and I usually set it up to start by just eyeballing the string up with the center of the riser just inside of the limb pockets and through the rear stablizer hole and center the rest with the string and that is usually very close with most bows. Then use paper tune to adjust nockpoint and centershot to get "close" then walkback tune to fine tune centershot.
