They will be good for supper tonight,and I'll most likely try it again in the morning.
Boy, Do I love pan fried Crappie. Not to mention how much fun they are to catch if you get into a school of them.
We used to jig for them w/ white and pink lesd head jigs. TOO Much FUN.
