RE: How much do you guys work out a week?
When I was a body builder I hit the weights 4 times a week, chest/tris...back/bi's...shoulders....legs each body part got one day. Now, I do not lift anything, have not done so for 2 yrs.. I used to jog 3 miles a day 5 days aweek too, not anymore... now im fat andlazy!!
