Glad you found my review helpful. Both bows in question are at the top of the heap of today's models. There is a noticeable difference in shot feel between the two of them with the nod going to the General...but when you consider the price difference you posted it most certainly would not be worth it in my opinion.

Now, I greatly look forward to seeing what the Black Ice 2 or redesigned Black Ice actually shoots like. I would be genuinely shocked if they did not incorporate the roller guard and shortstop string suppressor on a 31 inch, single cam model for 2009. It makes too much sense.
