You had it set up for light loads already. That 1/2" wide slotted washer is the " Bronze Friction Piece" and the split washer surrounding it is the " Friction Spring" . The piece at underneath the " Recoil Spring" is the " Friction Ring" . It appears you have all the pieces there and are not missing any.
