They really need to thin the does out some to. I have spoken to my brother-in-law who is a game warden in Hosford and he saaid he doubts we will see any big changes in the doe days or limits on public land anytime in the near future.
Where do you hunt? I have hunted the National forest a few times and a couple of the wmas west of Tallahassee and around Monticello years ago.
