I can't believe how super cool you are and I was wondering ifI could follow you around in the gym for a while. We don't have any good ones up here inMich........er Montana...yeah Montana. Anyway I was hoping you could give me some pointers because I really need to build up my biceps, I don't know if you noticed or not from the pictures I posted but they need a little work.
