Default TC Black Diamond

I am a long time muzzle load hunter but am having problems sighting in my new 50 Cal TC Black Diamond. I presently shoot a 54 Cal TC Thunderhawk about 12 years old.I have bagged Elk and Deer with this rifle no problem. I shoot a 360 grain Keith nose Sabot with 110 grains of FF triple 7 in it. I have made kill shots at over 100 yards and can do a sub 1.5 inch pattern at 100 yards at the range. Yet this new TC Black Diamond just won't seem to come in for me. I even sent it back to TC for testing. They sent it back and said it was fine. I've tried from 70 grains of powder pushing a 240 grain bullet to 120 grains of powder pushing a 285 grain bullet and about everything in between.

Anyone out there know of a good load for the 50 cal. TC Black Diamond? I have the longer barrelin staineless steel.

Thanks, Steve
