54 Cal. Renegade with peep sight. I'll shoot to 100 yds if I have time and a good rest. Killed one deer at 80 yds. Many from 20-50. A couple beyond 50. This year while still hunting I shot a nice doe through a pretty small hole in the brush at about 50.

If you can't manage standard open sights, I recommend a peep. I bore out the aperture a bit for hunting.
