The main thing is good shot placement with your 22 and try to get them within 40 yards.And I'm glad you are involved in such an exciting sport as predator hunting.CALL"EM IN CLOSE AND KILL'EM ALL.And as far as the fur damage I have never killed one with the SKS it shouldn't be to bad.I have killed a couple with my 308 while deer hunting it didnt do them to bad as long as you dont hit a shoulder blade then it gets ugly.just keep hunting.
