I havea supernova with the 26" barrel and my gun shoots high too. I have called benelli about it but they didnt give any real answers. At 30 yards I have to aim about 2" below where I want the POI to be. At 50yards I have to aim about 4" below where I want a pattern. I have shot the Carlson non ported .665 and a Primos Jelly head .655 and they both shoot high. BTW (I will be posting pics of my patterns with several different loads in the next few days)....so far the best load I have found to work is the Winchester Xtended range 3.5" 6shot with the primos jelly head, and the Remington (old school hevi shot) 3" 6 shot. Im going to put a red dot on my gun.
