Default New Coyote Rifle?

I've been tossing around the idea of getting myself a new coyote rifle. I already have a few too many, but one more never hurts. I've decided its time for me to try out a 22-250 of my own.

I've been looking at the Remington 700 LV SF, and the new Remington 700 VTR.

I don't like the idea of a muzzlebreak on a 22-250, as they are already a very loud rifle the way it is, whats everyones thoughts on this?

I want something weather resistant. This will be a truck gun all year, and I don't like rusty firearms.

Anyone else have any suggestions on rifles. It also needs to be fairly lightweight, as it will be a walking predator rifle, but it also needs to be accurate to dust distant critters such as p-dogs.

Scope will more than likely be my Leupold VX II 4-12x40 till funds allow for a VX III 4.5-14x40 with the Varmint reticle.
