Yes and no

They would not kill as many big bucks, simple because of simple math.

More Bucks you allow to age, the more big bucks one will have.

Atlas makes a statement that is dead on Jeff.
QDM makes it easier to kill mature bucks. He is dead on correct. Simple math, more big deer one has in thier location. The better the odds.

Atlas, mine and yours issue is the numbers issue.

Atlas has to contend with high hunting numbers and pressure. If his state practice QDM priciples

1.Protect Young bucks
2.shoot does(mature) where needed/

Atlas would have better odds at shooting bigger deer.
QDM wants a deer herd at or just below carry capacity. In some cases shooting does is not done.
