I have tried both of these bullets at the range and they both shot very well..



I never gave them much thought as a hunting bullet but I suppose they would work just fine - probably no worse or better than an XTP.

One of my majar concerns with these and XTP's (pistol bullets) is shooting them at the velocity I do or can I often strip thelead from the copper. I am sure if I slowed them down they would be just fine.

Another down side as I see it is their BC. @ .192 at 1400 and above fps. It is my belief that the .452 Speer Gold Dot, which is bonded, and has a BC of .232 is a much better hunting bullet.
