HEy DC.....I'll go out in the woods whereI hunt this weekend and take some photos. The browse line is non-existent to 6'. It has been for a while. I live in an area that holds a LOT of deer.

I live in the south (NC)....and our winters are extremely mild. But I STILL worry about what they're eating. I also feel a "little" better knowing there are (____) less mouths to feed....because of my hunting season. Whether my hunting knocks a dent in the problem or not......heck I don't know.

You could be 100% (you and Atlas) correct. I don't know.

Like I said, each location is different and there are absolutely some areas that have a problem, no doubt about it and yours obviously does considering the amount of does you killed this year! It's the statewide, region wide, country wide, stance that does have to be hammered that gets under my skin....

I've seen it ruin some very good spots of mine... You give a red neck 5 doe tags and by god he will fill them!
