Ok both have 200 acres both have ample bedding,there is a wide river at the back of both of the properties, the surronding area's,hmm, some pratice QDM some don't. Hunting pressure is low on both properties.
I'm sure yours would be good as well during all phases of the rut. I've got 3 different big woods with in a mile of me that I know were all seeing the same bucks on. A guy needs a little luck too and hope there in your woods when your there hunting.
