If you have highly pressured the deer and he has not, he's gonna have more deer visit him, at least in shooting light.
Ok both have 200 acres both have ample bedding,there is a wide river at the back of both of the properties, the surronding area's,hmm, some pratice QDM some don't. Hunting pressure is low on both properties.
