Nope. What JimPic said, you need to replace the wrap and all vanes when you need to refletch even one of them. If you weren't using wraps and tore up one vane, you could replace just that one. I still think its easier to fletch with wraps, better adherence and its easier to get the old fletchings off. I use white wraps to show blood better and to make the arrow easier to find (except in snow.)
