Why does the matter of legalities keep coming up? It has been noted before that if there were legal grounds to stand on for any of the crossbow companies involved we would have caught wind of it by now. That is no longer an issue, and for me it never was.
The matter on the table is the moral issue, regardless of who filled out paper work first or properly.
Now that middletonhas finally decided to add to this with some of his own representation we may be able to get some input. I do believe that the poster lcacrossbow is either middleton or someone he trusts with sharing his information, too well spoken and informed. Please, share what you know.
Then when you are done we can discuss the real issue that eats away at a good guys mind, principal.
