State Record NT bowkill here is 197 and change
State Recored Typical bowkill is 168 and change

Rifle NT 268 and change
Rifle Typical 182 and change

I havent checked lately but the last time I looked, I dont even think Idaho had 50 booners period. Not many compared to big buck states and provinces. We have had the oddfreaky big NT killed though. We really dont have many CLEAN Typicals.. split browtines and kickers are very common antler characteristics.

so we have 1 buck killed by an archer that makes boone, thats the NT record listed above.

I know I have never seen a net boone typical on the hoof in 25 years of hunting here. Then this season in my 26 year, can honestly say I may have .... A huge clean 6x6 I saw in Oct..for the first time ever, never have seen this buck before....havent seen him since...

I believe I saw1 buck that would push net boonenontypical a few years ago. Big6x6main frame with spit g-2s and cheaters and junk hanging all over.. He was about 2 feet wide outside and his mains curled way around out over his nose.

I'd consider a top end buck here.. ANY BUCK with in 10-15% of my state records if hes a 5x5 main frame or better... 4x4's which make up the majority ofbucks, but not the majorityof top end scoring bucks...they arent built to score well and I put them in a different catagory. Atop end4x4 here goes in the 140s.
