I would try several brands and styles of 150 grain loads over the counter. You just may find one that your gun loves. The weight is up to you but most 150 grain factory loads will do a fine job on whitetails. Especially at 200 yards or closer.
That said, you will probably be able to get your best accuracy loads from your own handloads.........but it will take a little time and effort to find the one best for your barrel.
If you are looking for very good accuracy you will probably be able to find it over the counter. Try several. If you are looking for remarkable accuracy you will probably find it from handloading......but not necessarilly.
