No. But your analogy is somewhat a slap in the face to trad shooters (comparing being proficient with a scoped ML v. proficient with a trad bow.....andall that entails).

I'd ask you to try again.
It slaps no one, it's only limited by the range but bow being equal, why is it a harder hunt with one weapon over another. For you example above, let's use a rifle and a compound.

Two elk hunters go hunting, walk for hours on end, calling, hiking and working their hardest to kill an elk. One carries a compound bow, one carries a rifle. Both kill their bulls at 20 yards. Which one was the harder hunt?
