Another point that is being left out is that if you are complaining that your area doesn't have big deer, do something about it. MOTOWN mentioned passing bucks up but also try some other things such as habitat improvement and trying to convince others to do the same, it works.... Want proof? Try PA. How many years did I get blasted for saying that PA had alot of big bucks and could very well end up being a big buck state. Our PGC stepped in and forced hunters into antler restrictions which caused a huge uproar. Where are those hunters now? Alot of them are putting in their own restrictions abover the AR's now and passing on bucks they never would have. These guys are now planting food plots and realizing that if they put in the time, money, work, and dedication, they can improve the quality of the deer on their property.

Sure, location is important, everybody knows that, but if you are saying that "my land prohibts me from shooting big bucks", then improve your land to allow you to shoot bigger bucks!
