Wisconsin will have a trial fall hunt with dogs in 9 counties for 2 more years, then they'll allow it statewide after that.
The Ontario Ministry of Natural Resources will be announcing plans for a fall turkey hunt in Huron County within the next couple of weeks. Let them know you'd like to be able to use your dog. All wildlife biologists are in favor of it. http://www.am920.ca/news.php?artID=23222
Hunting fall turkey with a dog is allowed in more states than not. Those that don't are the exception, most likely because they don't have a huntable population yet. Read the Turkey Dog News at http://www.turkeydog.org/
