If not mistaken, the only time you cannot hunt 'yotes on just the generalhunting license, is during deer season daylight hours if you no longer have the deer tag. You can still hunt them before daylight and after sunset, without the "deer tag"....just can't shoot one during daylight hunting hours in deer season.
I know people who hunt 'yotes and have never bought the furtaker's license. I buy one just to have it, in case I would need it, plus it's good for things other than just coyotes. So for the purposes of this discussion, there is no requirement to buy an extra license just to shoot 'yotes.
Would bet that the piggy regs will be about the same: If you have killed a deer and used the tag, then you may not be able to shoot pigs infirearms deer season? Just have to wait and see what they come up with, but doubt they'll try to slow down the killing of feral hogs or make any money from it.
