My wife and I have been applying for Moose in Maine for the past 9 years and haven't been drawn.
I have been applying for ever it seems like and still no luck but, I am hoping that they increase at least the 3 times one to get a better chance at it..Of course right now it is just talking about it. I still hope they do increase it..
