What is everyone's favorite powder for a 308? I am asking for a friend who is looking to shoot 150 grain Hornady SST's. Thanks foreveryone's suggestions.
My favorite powder for the 150 and 165-grain bullets in the .308 WIN. is H380. It has a burn rate similar to IMR 4320, but you can get more of it into that little case w/o running out of room, and it meters very accurately through a powder measure......
