RE: Pin Settings
For hunter class, Ipurposefully like to slow the bow down to the 280-290fps range and shoot a fattest shaft I can get to fly at that speed. This speed range gets mereally goodpin gaps, and honestly if your going to be competitive in hunter class you shouldn't be making yardage errors large enough to fall out of the 10 ring anyhow given the 35 yard max. If you know the distance these gaps were an advantage to me I felt. At 280-290fps the pin gaps that mobow said he uses are just about perfect,I believe I was shooting 20, 27, 32, 37 yard pins when I was in hunter class for the IBO, and 20, 30, 35, and 40 for ASA.
This year in MBR class I will likely be shooting 22, 28, 34, 40, 46.
