DAMN! I do wish I had Rick's luck. I've got roughly 20,000 acres I am calling on around my home, and I can't get a thing to respond. The weather has been in the 30s-40s the last few days, and all our snow is almost gone now. The other nite at midnight I was outside and it sounded like a good 15 dogs going nuts northwest of my house. So I did go an get permission to call that land, so hopefully I can round up a few dogs there. We have a few calling contests coming up here that I am going to enter. Hopefully I can get my entrance fee back in those. I think I missed the state calling competion this year.

I should get caught up on my trucking one of these days, and hopefully I'll take a week off and head to Nebraska. I have a ranch down there I hunted a few years back and we got 47 dogs in 5 days of calling between 2 of us. If the dogs are still doing good on that ranch, I might be able to catch up!
