I was at Cabelas...again.

I was just BSing with a guy that worked there just talking about hunting. We were talking about what we do for scent elimination practices, hunting strategies and so on and he was saying that he uses baking soda for scent elimtation and also to keep his feet a little dryer from sweat both in rubber boots and in later season. I have never heard of this little tactic. Anyone out there use it or try it.......do you like it? Does it work? I thought it was pretty interesting and something that would be cheap to try.
