Not a copy. His limbs are definitely different, and superior. He does not use dissipator bars. his stock butt is different.

The Middleton apparently does not blow up when dry fired.
You guys can stick with the "big" name.
I like the Excalibur, but the Middleton is superior. And I have had several conversations with Derrick on the phone. There is no infringement intended, implied, or in fact a reality.

Excalibur may be infringing on some middle ages, or Chinese guy from long long ago in a foreign land. They all may be.
